Position Overview: This is a part-time positing of 15-30hr a week. We are seeking a knowledgeable and confident Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing principles, elements of good graphic design, and a conceptual understanding of effective SEO. While technical implementation skills are a plus, the ability to outsource and oversee marketing projects efficiently is crucial. This role is perfect for someone with substantial marketing experience who is eager to contribute to our mission and build strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with Vitali Partners’ mission and goals.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials reflect our brand story and maintain a consistent voice across all platforms.
  • Project Oversight: Outsource marketing projects to the right professionals and manage these projects to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Graphic Design Knowledge: Apply a good eye for design in marketing materials, even if not executing the design work personally.
  • SEO Understanding: Conceptually grasp SEO principles to guide outsourced SEO efforts and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure marketing initiatives are well-integrated and support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Significant marketing experience, ideally in a similar role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing principles, good graphic design, and SEO.
  • Skills: Excellent project management skills, ability to oversee and ensure the quality of outsourced work.
  • Personality: Confident, knowledgeable, and able to build strong client relationships.
