Frequently Asked Questions
What is allied health?
Allied health professions are what they sound like: allies to other healthcare professions. Typically, medical professionals in these fields provide diagnostic, technical, therapeutic, or support services, including but not limited to disorder identification, disease prevention, nutrition, rehabilitation, and many others.
These programs are different from RN, PA, and MD programs, which require more extensive schooling at a higher cost. Allied health programs exist for a wide variety of specialities, from CNAs to EMTs to Ultrasound Techs and beyond. Vitali exists to make it easy for allied health students in select specialties to complete their desired programs and feel confident on their path to a brighter future.
How much time do I need to commit to an allied health program?
This depends on the program and your preferred learning style. We offer a range of allied health programs with day, night, and weekend classes available. Each program requires a certain number of completed hours, and it’s up to students to choose a schedule that works best for them.
For further convenience, CNA program classes can also be taken in a blended-learning format, allowing students to learn from anywhere when not required on-site for skills demonstrations or testing.
What can I expect after registering for an allied health program?
After registering, you can expect to receive an email about next steps in the onboarding process, including instructions on how to make payments and where to get your books and any other necessary supplies.
Does Vitali require an application process or fee in advance?
Yes, we currently require a $150 application fee for all programs.
Does Vitali offer financial assistance for allied health students?
After registering for a program, we’ll go over payment options with you to find a plan that works best for you. While not available at the moment, information about allied health grants and scholarships will also be coming soon!
